However, we do not own 50% of anything. PTSC owns 50%. We as shareholders "own" the right to vote. that's it.

if people want a change it is real simply. buy enough shares to "own" enough votes to vote the changes you want.

in terms of "assets"...the only time shareholders will "own" corp. assets is if and when the corp. is in liquidation mode.

the posters that piss and moan most about the BOD, etc. need to get a change of clothing. jealously does not seem to be their best color after all these years.
