The way I see it this was a stratagic move,,, instead of a move to go after cash now..keep it simple for the jury simple for our limted reasources.... you have to remember we had action going on with multiple companies in two locations... we used the products that Lecky had already paid to have reverse engineered.. and these product/chips where simiilar,,,to avoid the jury being more confused and did not use out vital reasources to exaimine other products... I have other thoughst of settling with other companies with a similar theme....
