What we need to do IMO is to clear up the paltry sum awarded to us in the courts damages award. I hope this will not set a precident whereby companies will now claim they don't have to settle for even industry standard amounts. It appears to me as though we got screwed with the Apple licensing deal and that was used as the standard by which the jury awarded us damages. This must not stand if we are to collect our due. Our expert claimed HTC owed us $10 million, we got 1/10th of that.
