C'mon jury, there's no way around it. HTC infringes! Figure out a reasonable royalty and double it for them pushing all the way to court and being ordered to pay! And do your best to support a willful infringement judgement as well, as they did WILLFULLY INFRINGE, even if that might be harder to meet per the jury instructions.
