For what it is worth, in speaking with an attorney friend and experienced litigator the other day, he said that in jury trials held on the "home court" commonly result in a verdict in favor of the "home team". in this case it is Taiwan Vs the USA so to speak. The wild card is if there is one holdout preventing a verdict if a unanimous verdict is required.
On another point, I for one would not mind the share price not rising so long as the dividend payouts eventually returned everyone's paper losses with a bonus at the end. One can only hope that the BoD do not make another attempt at ill advised aqusitions of doomed companies.
