Marc, when Cliff took this job, he knew what he was walking into / shareholders.

I found him to be a friendly guy when i talked to him last summer at PTSC headquarters.......

I told him that PTSC's lack of comminication with their sharholders would cause him more grief than he had bargined for..........Just simply have a quarterly conference call.......As we now know Cliff and our BOD are foolish and stuborn beyond belief.....

This is why i posted the CEO of Groupons apology to the shareholders.....

Ya think that we would have some sort of apopogy coming too.......
