Brown Presently has an 8 or 9 million dollar award and is likely to pull in at least another 15 to 20 or more million under the present licensing scheme.To me that is not getting skrewed.Whether or not he is able to collect those dollars has nothing to do with PTSC.But you are free to think differently.
