I find it hard to believe that no one from this message board was not at the Markman Hearing, and heard the ruling from the bench.

And if so, why have they not commented here to let us know?

The only thing I can deduce then is since the volume and share price has been increasing, that it was a favorable ruling.

And if those present are not commenting, that they are accumulating before the Pacer becomes available to the general public and the shareprice shoots up.
