Keep in mind that TPL is settling with accused infringers at the ITC for their Core Flash portfolio. It is certainly possible there will be settlements with the accused infringers at the ITC and NDoC for the MMP also. I recommend watching carefully after settlement announcements are made and whether or not dividends closely follow. If they do not and we have to wait for an SEC filing to see the dollars, I would bet we settled for less than what is expected on this anonymous message board and more in line with what Cliff Flowers has stated.
