We have learned in the settlement just before the itc verdict that the settlementamount was depending on the verdict.
So is it possible that maybe there are several settlements that werde done (i.e. apple) in which a second amount could become due if a infringment verdict on infringment is spoken???

I am in contact with him. Still he is valuable to many and not only me!
