IMO, The USITC is not the same as the court system. If it were no difference we wouldn't have filed a complaint and simply sued in court. If infringement is found, the risk to those 13 companies is substantial. Far greater than what might be the case in the court system. The USITC does not assess monetary damages, so to whom do we tell our story to? Perhaps you can clarify that?
