Also Good news:

  • Markman is not concluded yet. Other construction issues still on the calendar for court to resolve.
  • The additional issue can fit into the present schedule.
  • And the fact that present construction is obviously wrong in light of this additional infomation. Hard to ignore if obviously wrong.
