Your assumptions about the Markman seem to be the prevailing wisdom. While I feel unqualified to feel strongly about it, I tend to agree with you. However, the Judge's '336 caveat IMO, may still prove very impactful if ruled against us.

As for who remains most at risk, considering PTSC has less than $10M in the treasury and our partner may be insolvent, the plaintiffs don't really share those attributes, and considering there have been NO licenses announced since the ruling and the share price remains at under 10 cents, it appears as though the risk is still considered 50/50, even by those in PTSC's board room, as based on their sharepurchases.

Unless you've purchased a bunch of shares, it seems you share the same opinion.
