You must admit the facts have changed dramatically. In the run of 2006 the MMP was a paper tiger. As with most paper tigers some people(companies) will fold because it looks scary. Then someone comes along and says hey I am not afraid of you and challenges the supposed beast. We got challenged and IMO if the Markman goes our way we are a certified beast with real teeth and long claws. Nice week everyone! Have a great weekend.
