I agree with you 100%.

But somebody is on the inside of PTSC allowing this.

I believe there's collusion.

TPLs' settlement and Ptscs' agreement to finance MMP litigations, after claiming they were not funding PDS...is plain ol' double talk.

Are we really that stupid, or blind ?
