I stand corrected.

Moores' cut, after TPL and PTSC joined their halves of the MMP, is 55% of TPLs' half, after TPL takes the first 15% of the total net revenue for litigation expenses.

Mike, you are right. PTSC should not be liable for restitution to Moore.
