I agree completely, if we have to compensate Chuck, that it would be in the same schedule of future proceedes..of which he will again be entitled to the first 15% plus retributionary payments, as a percentage of the gross (minus expenses and taxes.)

With Lekrones' slow and cut rate licensing fees, I'd say he's limited his liabilities, well, preceeding His and Moores' contentions. Lekrone is pretty sharp.
