I don't think Chuck has ever said that. What he's said is that PTSC allowed TPL to strike a deal whereby TPL got the 1st 15% of total revenue. Chuck has stated that he's got an agreement to split TPL's half of the resultant profit from the remaining 85% of the revenue, not of the first 15% of the revenue.
