I wasn't questoining the honesty of your post, just the accuracy of it.

As for this post I'm replying to, to state that very few of the MMP licenses to date could have been comingled is simply something you can't know, because you/we have no idea who TPL has licensed their other portfolios to other than the few they've PR'd.

You can assume based on the announced deals, but you can't know in a way that warrants the definitive statement you write.

Based on what Leckrone had been accused of, I'm inclined to believe the worst of comingling possibilities, not the minimum you're asserting based on incomplete information.
