What is absurd is that you didn't consider this question first:

Did PDSG sign an exclusive with SRA? Answer that question please, and show me the contract. (You can google it if you don't have a copy on hand). And even if it isn't exclusive ( and you don't know that it is ) it is easier and faster to work with an established contract and relationship than spend a year establishing a new one.

Yes my thoughts are somewhat speculative of course. Maybe I could call Gloria or Mr. Mooney ( again ) and they will tell me the details. Or you could call them or someone and post what you find out here. TIA
