Are you suggesting guaranteed, predictable, INCREASING year over year revenues, with little or no cost would not improve the PPS? I think you'd be hard pressed to find a stock that increased in revenues (and since this would require almost NO cost outay to support, profits too) 100% year over year, that didn't also increase in share price.

Just an idea that could be doable, whether by selling our interests to TPL or some other entity. Hypothetically assuming this was a realistically achievable deal, why the resistance? It's essentially the equivalent to what transpired over the first 4 years after the M.A. but with predictablity and a steady increase instead of haphazard amounts.
