Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in these GTCs, the parties agree that Lantiq shall not be liable and shall have no obligation under this Section VII with respect to any Claim that is related to or based on the Moore Microprocessor Patent Portfolio as currently asserted by Technology Properties Limited Inc.
