Well I disagree. They have proved quite valuable in the past, so the question is not a total mystery.
Who in their right mind would invest at this point (other than gamblers). Until the decision makers to be show the direction and the know how ....................to increase value.

Forget about new investors until something significant is done by BOD to show value/direction/potential.
PDSG aside, this is all about the MMP and license revs going forward. Minimal mgt and BoD to oversee distrubtions to shareholders. You know they aren't going to start discussing what is or will be charged for a license, so I'm not sure what you might be looking for in advance of it being reported in the Qs.
Forget about Monday quarterbacking comments, what will happen is what I want to know. ........ Right, no one knows.
