....do so many on this board continue to dwell on the past?

The answer to this is very simple: Because the future hasn't happened yet.

Furthermore, to paraphrase sage wisdom, to ignore history is to invite the likelihood of repeating it.

Once the Company begins to make the future happen in a way that substantively demonstrates to existing shareholders and potential investors that an investment in PTSC will likely increase and thus reward them, the past will begin to become less important on a progressive basis. Until then, the past will remain a concern.

Only the Company can make "positive" things happen so as to increase shareholder value. I join you in hoping that our CEO and BoD are working in such a manner that will actually be effective in bringing this about.
