Can Anyone Suuggest a Fix

I am no longer able to view the image files on the USPTO Patent Full Text Full Image database. What I get is a very small file icon in the upper left of the screen. Reinstalled java, the usual culprit, but did not help. Made some other changes, that did not work.

Just not sure where to go to correct whatever is wrong.

Any suggestons appreciated.
