And while PTSC is not able to comment on the remaining two patent reexams, still in the works, I will.

The 584 rejection was respond to very early. Henneman had to resort to the same line he used in the last 336 reexam. The question is essentially the same one already decided in an earlier reexam. I fully expect an NIRC.

The 148 was responded to well over 4 months ago subsequent to an interview in which the examiner agreed that Uhlenhoff does not contain the teaching used in the rejection. I fully expect NIRC.

And it is good to see some postive pr for a change.
