I guess you are trying to say that you think they have a good basis for denying infringement of all claims of all accused patents. And if there is a settlement it will be for peanuts.

Everyone is welcome to his or her opinion. If that is your opinion, you probably ought to reconsider holding PTSC shares as your pospects for pps appreciation seems quite dim. It would be illogical for a person with your sentiments to remain invested in this company. IMHO.
