I too thought it was a lengthy delay and so I specifically asked the person on the phone if I heard correctly in that Sept. 20...being 8 months out is correct. I also asked her if that was unusual and she responded no.

I suppose when it is posted on the court website, we will know for sure. I am only posting what I was told. If it turns out to be incorrect, I hope everyone will accept apologies.
