Certainly no need for an apology regardless of what occurs. You were told what you were told.

If indeed the new CSM is in September, it is likely a combination of the court's docket conditions, combined with comments from the parties about needing discovery, settlement negotiations, and so forth. Not necessarily a bad thing, but still a bit surprising.
