It's not surprising you only see the negatives in this postponement but if you have business experience you know how difficult negotiation talks can be - so a delay is normal procedure.

And of course a settlement with TPL (which I guess is be the reason for the shift) would be THE MATERIAL EVENT we all are eagerly waiting for, so what else should the management do in your opinion rather then postpone the 10Q until they might achieve a result?
