Our BoD, and their lawyers and consultants, has made it quite clear that they will not be paying a 4 cent dividend. Who said they don't tell the shareholders anything?

Hey, wait a minute. Have they said anything about the state of licensing or the MMP? What about PDSG; did we get those contracts yet? What about expenses and director compensation? OK; what about their business strategy going forward and their plan to increase shareholder value?

This is scarier than Holloween. In fact, the shareholders could play the role of the slashing victims in those movies. What part would the BoD play?
