I really do not think it would be too wise for the coffers (BOD) to have $100M at their disposal. Just think how easy that would be for the BOD to squander. You should remember that this is the SAME BOD that squandered most of the other past reserves through ill timed dividends, warrant buybacks, presidential salaries/severences, BOD fees and M&A activities costs that have gone "puff". Now you suggest letting them try it again.

I really believe that at least half of new license payments should be returned in the form of dividends immediately. That would get noticed in the market and raise the stock price as more licenses are negotiated.
