I strongly suspect that the licensee count issue that Lamberts picked up was merely a typo. Granted, it was a typo that should have been caught and corrected, but a typo just the same.

From the 3/16/10 Arcelik PR "Over 65....". This appears in only the Alliacense PR (not in PTSC's).

From the 7/27/10 PR re: re-exam success "More than 75....". This appears in both PRs, with this section of the PTSC PR being duplicate to the Alliacense version.

There were no reported new licensees between these two PRs from Alliacense. IMO, most likely a "slip of the finger" by Alliacense.
