I don't want to point fingers but am of the opinion they do exist. Since I could never be able to prove it, that's all I can say. You're free to believe it or not.

While we don't have any control of the outcome of the reex's, recerts, litigation, etc, one tries to place a bet according to how things are unfolding. I believe this info is essential in determining whether to buy, sell or hold in PTSC's case and we posters now have to find it for ourselves.

My point is there should be more of our own info/DD regarding those issues on this message board than cluttering it up with who's on the BOD because the BOD does little if anything to change those outcomes which are of the utmost in importance right now.

Agreed, today was a bad day to point out the accumulation theory but I've always thought that it's been happening since the J's grant.
