Is this the same Agoracom that has a PTSC BOD member on their BOD? Might they have some potential issues with conflict of interest and freedom of speech by banning members that they deem too critical of the PTSC BOD?

PTSC behaves in a very predictable manner. Unless you are a .05 cent swing trader, there is no financial benefit to being in this stock. Why would being critical of a BOD that does nothing to address this problem be deemed un-necessarily critical? Certainly seems to be an overly aggressive response to ban someone for being critical.

Is this America or not? Socialism hasn't taken over Agoracom, has it?
