First, nice to make your acquaintance.

I have not yet filed any paper toward pursuing the BoD position. I'm posturing, but nothing further. I'm still trying to determine the viability of my candidacy.

However, if I were to file paper, I would disclose here. Likewise if I received a denial. The latter could serve a valuable purpose for others who may be considering pursuit.
