Over the past few days the board is amuck with talk about replacing an existing board member, instead of what we all should be focusing on...New Licenses and settlement between PTSC/Moore/TPL. I've got news for everyone! This, of course IMHO. No One is going to replace anyone on the board,,,,Period!!! First, the exisiting board is not going to allow anyone to be placed on the proxy. If that fails, they will fire the new guy before he gets started. If that fails, they will mute the person with an NDA and send him off to a committee assignment from hell. The only way anyone is going to get on the board of PTSC is to be appointed. Even then they will be subject to total control and termination at the whim and will of the incumbent boardmembers. Is anyone able to enlighten me as to why any of the aforementioned can't happen? TIA
