The set up for our BoD member Dr. Falk gives him income for holding PTSC shares no matter how the stock price performs for the rest of us. I would rather he sold all his shares if that is what it took to get him off the BoD. He brings NO VALUE. He is not an asset to this company. Gloria appears to be learning and improving.
