I agree. While the events are undoubtedly signficant, one must remember that our patents have been valid through the entire process. Yesterday's PR sounds just like every other one I"ve read over the last 4 1/2 years. I would even go as far to state that the verbage used isn't necessary if the players are already standing in line to purchase licenses. Action speaks louder then words.
