The fraudulent funds dealt with the deals on the $2million dollars and meeting the terms that had been agreed to with Cliff Flowers. There is civil hearings as you know to get the money back and maybe their could be criminal proceedings depending on the circumstances.

Also, if Leckrone broke the terms of the JVC by selling his patents using the MMP as a bargaining chip, that would impact on the agreement established that would allow Chuck Moore to break up the deal with Leckrone and to establish a seperate deal with us. There are other implications for PTSC but there are plenty of excellent patent lawyers out there and Leckrone does not have a corner on the market.
