PTSC is more than likely involved legally with getting Leckrone to tow the mark. He is not in a position of strength in that he fraudulently obtained funds from PTSC and broke JV agreement by selling his patents in lieu with MMP licenses.

PTSC must make him tow the mark by going after him strongly to right the wrongs he committed and to change the JV to give PTSC more rights. We have the leverage as a stand up company. Everyone is running from Leckrone as the pariah that he has turned out to be. Hopefully, it would be great if Chuck Moore realizes his mistake in dealing with him and will turn to PTSC for assistance. Leckrone must change his approach or PTSC must find a way to cut him out of the deal.
