"Perceived" is the key word here.

How do you explain that a pr announcing a tripple license was announced?

The announcement was prior to TPL authorization of same.

The CEO's purchase price was .38 market at the time.

The HOD reached .42...just enough to dump at his cost or a small profit.

His termination was announced just a few days after reaching such pps.

So, no, he didn't tell me, but a little bird called common sense did.
