Tomorrow May 20 - Hearing on sealing of PTSC v TPL papers
On April 26, 2010 the Court ordered the papers on file to be provisionally sealed. The Court will conduct a formal hearing on this issue on May 20, 2010 at which time Patriot will have an opportunity to oppose TPL's motion to seal.
Hearing was continued and PTSC won't respond to inquiries about what happened.

Next week - Gloria's self proclaimed 120 day deadline or more accurately "Approaching 120 days" - Next Friday, May 28 is 120 days from the SHM in January.
If we see no progress or evidence of success at approaching 120 days, we will most likely sell PDSG.
As Laurie's e-mail from our IR "Ghost" reveals, the company is INTENTIONALLY keeping the shareholder base in the dark (makes one wonder if it's just retail or everyone - wonder what Swartz knows? - was he the reason for the high volume spike that one day?). My guess is that they've struck a deal on PDSG and/or the MMP with someone, and we may not necessarily like it when we hear about it.

Tuesday June 1 - Hearling on PTSC's request for injunction on TPL.
Patriot's Motion for a Preliminary Injunction is scheduled for hearing on June 1, 2010.
Again, I believe the hearing was continued and PTSC won't respond to inquiries about what happened.
