Well I don't know about prs, but if there was a settlement, then the court has to acknowledge that and the claims dropped. No?

But we were all assuming that the switch in counsel signaled a settlement.

Back to the question. Did we or did we not obtain Barco's counsel?

I don't think we did. Hence, probably no settlement, just the 584 off the table for Barco.
