OK you keep mentioning this "deal" but don't seem to know what it might be.

Please keep in mind that it is TPL that is doing any dealing, not PTSC. Why would TPL want to do anything for PTSC, other than the MMP out of self-interest?

Don't mean to rain on your parade, but if you keep putting it out there, at least provide something tangible to grasp onto.
