If we were a couple of pennies or sub penny stock that traded tens of millions to hundreds of million shares of stock a day, I might give your view some credence, but based on the one-year chart for PTSC, we'd have to have some pretty independently wealthy posters here on Agoracom for them to be willing to take advantage of this "once a year" cycle you reference, lol.

As Holmes was fond of pointing out, fundamentals, my dear Watson, FUNDAMENTALS. When PTSC improves those, the pps will improve. I'm anxious for them to articulate a plan that will improve those fundamentals. Now THAT would be interesting.
