Well, you might be overlooking door number three. I keep thinking about whether Leckrone really wants out and whether TPL was/still is for sale. Then consider the appearance of a possible agreement between Moore and TPL and couple that with the fact that Moore has some new patents as well as pending applications. I think there is a door number three, just not sure what lurks behind it.
