You may be right, and who knows, maybe were seeing the beginnings of such maneuvers, it's hard to tell though something seems to be up. What concerns me though is this:

Who negotiated / oversaw / approved those deals?
Are we confident that the current BOD and temp CEO are going to make a great deal / average deal / bad deal for PTSC and its shareholders in their agreements with ________________????
In my opinion, the time to have a strong CEO, and a creditable BOD is BEFORE you make deals, not after.
