It would be difficult for anyone on this board to advise you without knowing the circumstances. Is PTSC a small part of your father's portfolio or a large part? Do you need cash now or can you sit on an investment for a couple of years? Do you need income to support your father? Each investor must evaluate their porfolio within the context on their own needs. Since you seem to have a team of financial advisors then I do not understand why you need advice of strangers.
