To me the jury is still out on ineptness.

Although I would like full disclosure on how much the company lost in order to declare the 2006 dividend nontaxable. One of the final gifts (of many)to S & L (I hope). IMHO that is a bigger travesty. And our S & L board member would be the appropriate one to ask that question.
